East Bank @ Founders

Partnering with First Merchant Group, CRDA, and the Town of East Hartford, Tecton led a 12.6-acre riverfront masterplan. Through collaborative workshops, the team crafted a progressive mixed-use vision for living, working, and community activity along the Connecticut River.
Connecticut Children's Medical Center Infusion Center

Partnering with Connecticut Children’s and Dimensional Innovations, Tecton transformed the Pediatric Infusion Center. Blending cross-industry design insights, the playful, nature-inspired environment uses interactive digital media, custom lighting, and vibrant colors to create a comforting experience for families.
USCG Academy Leamy Hall Auditorium

Tecton led a comprehensive renovation of the United States Coast Guard Academy’s historic 1,500-seat Leamy Hall auditorium. The design modernized acoustics, lighting, accessibility, and interiors using gently curved natural wood paneling to enhance performance and public ceremonies.
Oxford Middle School

Designed to celebrate STE(A)M education, the new Oxford Middle School features grade-level pods anchored by a three-story glass media center. Thoughtful space planning reduces hallway disruption and minimizes travel times, creating an intimate, neighborhood feel on a shared campus.
West Natick Fire Station #4

Tecton designed Natick’s Fire Station #4 to support high call volumes and future regional growth. The modern facility features five double-deep bays, shared training spaces, rooftop solar, an Emergency Operations Center, and integrated community park amenities.
Global Investment Office

Tecton designed a new West Hartford office for a global alternative investment manager, relocating them to Blue Back Square. The space blends open collaboration with perimeter private offices, maximizing natural light, state-of-the-art tech, and a vibrant central café.
